It is located in the United States and encircles by the North Atlantic Ocean. I think its geographical position is very advantageous because it is encircled by many countries and rivers so that it's favorable for people to communicate and have trade with each other.

This is a beautiful picture of St. Lawrence River. In this photograph, the river seems to be boundless to look at. Beside the river, there is a lush tree standing. The rising sun irradiates the river and makes the surface of it becomes glaring. The ripples are poppling with whirl by the shiny. The sunshine goes through the tree and the slight halo disturbance makes the the picture becomes warm.

Because at that time, cars or planes were not been produced yet, so the river was the best way for transportation. The ship was a wonderful transportation because it wouldn't spend lots of money. The ship has large space to store goods so that they don't need to worry about if they have room to put matters. It also has force to bear the weight of many matters and people. Totally, it was sapiential of Champlain to choose the river for his transportation.

It 's advantaged for a country to protect itself because the cliff has a very dangerous geographical location so that people who want to attack can't arrive it easily. It will spend much efforts and strength to get to it for enemies, but it's very useful for people to protect their countries. So, the cliffs are a natural and wonderful fort for people to defend their countries.

I have learned a lot today. I learned about St. Lawrence River, I have known that it located in the United States and started in Matane, ended in Lake Ontario. I got to know it more by reading knowledge and looking at the map of it. I found pictures about it and described what I saw in them so that I knew It was so beautiful! I also have learned Champlain's habitation at Quebec. Before today, I have never seen it. His house was very beautiful and cute! The environment surrounded his house was also pretty! Then, I learned Champlain's transportation-river and natural fort-cliffs. I really got a lot of knowledge today!
